Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Policies 

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Orders received on weekdays after 3pm Arizona time, on weekends or holidays reserve the right to begin processing the next business day. We ship most orders same day but require 24-48 hours after the order is received to ship.

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates 

We currently only offer shipping within the United States & Canada and all packages are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1 business days after placing your order for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Ground (2 to 7 business days) - $12
  • International (Canada ONLY) - $20 on all orders 

Lost Packages & Liability 

At Gorgeous Things, we ensure that your order is carefully packed and shipped through either UPS or USPS. We, as the seller, are responsible for the package until it reaches the buyer. Once the package tracking shows “Delivered”, “Notice Left”, or “Signed By”, the responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

For Missing Packages:

UPS Missing Packages:

  1. Contact UPS customer service at 1 (800) 742-5877 for an update on your tracking and to request an investigation into the delivery status.

  2. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

  3. Submit a search request through UPS’s Missing Package tool.

  4. If your package isn’t recovered, you may be eligible to file an insurance claim with UPS.

USPS Missing Packages:

  1. Call USPS customer service at 1 (800) 275-8777 for a tracking update and to request contacting the driver who delivered your package.

  2. Ask neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

  3. Submit a Missing Mail Search Request through USPS’s website.

  4. If your mail isn’t recovered, you may be able to file an insurance claim with USPS.

Please note that if you intentionally misrepresent the non-receipt of a package to UPS or USPS, it is considered fraud and may result in legal action.
