This is your chance to see what we’re all about and get an idea of the style that speaks to you. As you’re browsing, you’ll also choose the jacket style that will be the perfect foundation for your story.

In this step, we’ll work with you to understand the story you want to tell through your jacket. You’ll complete our discovery questionnaire (your "homework"), which allows you to outline your vision. Once you’ve filled it out, we’ll meet to go over your answers and make sure we’re on the same page before moving forward.

No matter where you are, we can make this process work for you! If you’re local to Scottsdale, we’ll invite you to our store to explore our famous patch wall and begin selecting patches and embroidery options for your jacket. If you're not local, don’t worry – we’ll meet virtually to guide you through the process and ensure we get every detail just right.

Once everything’s ready, our in-house embroiderer will start bringing your design to life. Our typical turnaround time is dependent on customization. Please know that we make all of our jackets IN HOUSE with extreme attention to detail, and LOVE. We do our best to accommodate deadlines, but our time frame is an approximation. We promise, its worth the wait! When your jacket’s ready, we’ll give you a call to let you know it's time to pick it up or ship it straight to you!
